Do I need to provide my credit card details to start my 30-days free trial?
No! You start with a 30-days free trial period, without obligations. During this period, you can decide to switch to a paying plan. This way you can keep using Peepl without interruption.
How can I pay?
When you decide to switch to a paying plan, we'll send you an invoice. Default billing is yearly and upfront. You can also pay quarterly, in which case we will add an administrative fee of €45 per invoice. Your license will be activated within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
What is included in the one-time setup fee?
One of our experts analyzes the current operation of your organization and takes care of the initial configuration of your Peepl account. We also take care of the migration of your member list and activities. Finally, we invite you for a training session at our office or via webinar.
How do I know my data is safe when I use Peepl?
We take privacy and security very seriously here at Peepl. We take different measures to protect the data of your Peepl account. Also, all connections with Peepl are secured with HTTPS.
Who owns my data?
Your organization remains the owner of all data in your Peepl account. You can export this data at any moment. For more information, please check our Privacy Policy.
